At Silo's, we hand-pour each candle with care and want to make sure your order arrives safely.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take a little longer.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship nationwide. 

• Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days once dispatched, depending on your location.

• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Damaged Items: If your candles arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

• Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available in store.
